Financial Planning Workshop

In this instance, the client already had a date set at the venue of their choice. They had already begun the marketing for the workshop. They had some of the first steps complete... however...

They were having trouble communicating with the audio/visual company and the venue and needed some advice on how to handle limited parking as well as registration and "day of" assistance.

Sampson & Associates was able to coordinate with both the audio/visual company and the venue, communicate the client's desires and resolve issues with logistics and set up. We arranged for a valet service to handle parking, managed the logistics and set up registration.

We were on-site for the half-day workshop and ensured that all the attendees' needs were met, so that the client and the attendees could focus on the content of the workshop... and not be distracted by the details!
